the journey along the way was familiar ... we went via the tuas 2nd link ... the same way for my kukup trip also ... hmmm ... juz some random pics since i was quite lonely on the trip ... hahaha ... AT was sick n didnt manage to go ... kawaii had VC to accompany her ... ok lah ... my services not really needed ... hmmm ... i guess i m quite ok with being left alone lah since i got my mp3 with me XD ... the downside is that when i m quiet ... sometimes pple think i m unhappy or bored kekeke ... ok lah ... meili jie asked me ... kawaii asked me too ... but hmmm ... ok lah ... i juz quiet coz service not required =Pp
the first stop we went was a chocolate shop ... i didnt take any pics coz it wasnt part of the itinerary also lah ... juz a stopover ... plus i also duno y at that point of time it juz didnt cross my mind to take pics hmmmm .... kekeke ... anyway its nothing much there lah ... funny shop ... coz hor .... no aircon no light ... i was still teasing that they secretly open the boss to sell things without telling their boss XD seems like power failure or wat lah ... the aunties bought some chocs though ... it has certain category de ... duno romance lah ... then there was also when the talk of tongkat ali start ... okie ... ahem ... a special note for u .... if u r reading this ... i think not the same ali that u n ivy mentioned hahaha =Pp okie ... tongkat ali supposed is some energy giving product ... yeay .... energy in every sense ... erm ... in bed sense too kekeke .... so the promoter was there getting aunties to buy so their hubby can be tongkat ali also =.="

not interested in other keropok so i juz browse browse ... tadah ... tongkat ali appeared again ... aiseh ... tongkat ali not only in chocolate ... cordial also got sia ~ hmmm ... no wonder malaysia got alot of *ahem* big families with many children hahaha ... erm ... okie ... juz commenting nia =Pp
strangely ... somehow juz after i see tongkat ali cordial and thinking about children and family size in malaysia hor ... the below thing caught my eyes ... jeli kelapa mawar ... some erm ... jelly ... hmmm .... okie ... if u r thinking wat i m thinking ... well ... i duno simi is that malay name apart from the first word jelly ... but erm ... let ur mind run free and see if we *ahem* runs at the same ... tongkat ali frequency hahahaha =Pp
opposite the shop selling keropok is where our coach parked ... there toilet of coz ... hmmm ... walked up and hmmmm ... it isnt free ... hmmm ... 30sen not alot lah but quality not v good =Pp
end of keropoking .. the aunties came out with bagssss of things ... its really big bags ... according to my forecast ... thats probably a few hundreds RM worth of keropok ... hmm ... really glad that our coach is undersubscribed sia ... leave some seats to put stuffs ... next on was the most anticipated durian cum fruit lunch ~ okie ... i duno y i m segregating durian and fruit hahaha ... okie ... durian is fruit too i know =Pp maybe i juz wan to emphasise that durian was the main aim ?? =Pp our bus is parked in the backview of the pic below ... try finding it if u can ... the pic is kinda small i know =Pp the durian plantation we went to is like my reservist training ground ... trees and more trees ... now i believe when pple say that we are building up defence to guard malaysia =/ ooopsss ... thats political kekeke ...
thats us making our way to the tentage for us to start off our feasting ... okie ... it wasnt anywhere near my imagination whereby we will all wait near some netted area waiting for the durians to drop ~ okie ... it isnt as LIVE action as i hoped for hahaha ... okie ... the below 2 crates greeted us together with vast amount of mangosteens and rambutans ... the uncles are hard at work busying themselves with the opening while we are working to finish it as fast as they open ... why ????? coz hor ... got competitors ... ya ... snatching durians ... but well ... not humans lor ... its the houseflies and insects ... okie ... i not talking good part about durians coz its sheer disappointment lah ... the quality not good actually ... maybe it nearing end of durian season ba ... anyway the main thing of durian part is gross ... dun get gross out by our competitiors k =/
the balance of rambutans and mangosteens and durians were all packeted back by the aunties and others ... the durians was all taken by the driver ... seems like durian muz be cheap ... the balance was like 16kg ... for RM30 ... cheap ah ... for that quality erm ... still chepa lah =/ setted off for Jusco after some frantic washing of hands and futile attempts to get rid of durian smell ... okie ... thats Jusco ... one of the many in malaysia ~ a simple 3 level complex with variety of shops ... the third floor is mainly food ... prices wise ... nothing much impressive ... for boutiques like MNG ... ELLE ... Esprit etc ... prices dun differ much form sg actually ... hmmm ... the supermarket also nothing much ... seeing mostly sg prices lah ... those really cheap ones maybe i duno sg prices lor =Pp i did see alot of sg pple with trolleys FULL to brim with those basic necessities ... oil ... rice ... toilet papers ...
nothing much caught my eyes in there also lah ... actually thot of getting some cute stuffs if i see it ... in fact i brought in 200+RM but well ... nothing fanciful lor ... ended up ... the only thing i bought ... mentos ... okie ... i was looking for the bottled ones that i got in kukup but it doesnt sell there ... heck ... dun care ... the sourmix is too nice to miss at juz RM1 per stick ... mix n match and i ended up with 30 sticks as my only purchase from there =.= that works out to be ard 1.1kg of mentos ... quite heavy can =/
it was a normal meal and as usual i am presenting the dishes ~ some mixed veges ... veges ... soup ... crabs ... fish ... sotong ... prawns ... satay ... fruits ... okie ... from the way i m presenting the food ... again its either or case ... either i think its not worth mentioning or i m tired with typing ... i guess i m tired after like a 2000 words essay for this trip lor ... hmmm ... dun believe go count k =Pp ... anyway ... the former is the truth ... nothing much worth mentioning lor ... the whole trip has been quite disappointing lah ... food wise that is ... durians was disappointing ... so was the dinner ... the only good part abt the trip is the get together for finance ba ... that it has finally realised after so much talking abt organising a trip ~ photos of the food for viewing ... u decide if it looks appealing or not ba =Pp
